How do I register my community name?
We will register it during the set up process. We request that you provide us with your top three choices, in a priority order. Consider using a top-level domain name such as, YourCommunity.com.
Don't forget, .net, .org or other extensions are also options.
You can register your own domain name and tell us what it is. Then you will be responsible for renewals and email setup with your own registrar.
Can we add pictures to our site?
The best community websites allow you to upload images to be used on your site. We can also create custom images or design your community logo.
I only have 50 homes in my community. Can I still get a virtual community Web site?
Yes. A community of any size can get a virtual community web site. Large or small, this new communications medium can benefit everyone.
Can you customize changes specifically for a local community website?

Do you set up the web page?
Yes. We will customize and setup a site to your specifications. You pick themes and supply logos or pictures and we will do the initial setup, with your help and directions.
Is a long-term contract required?
There are NO long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel at any time with a 60 day notice.
What is your Privacy Policy?

Our only purpose is to provide the best community communication services available within a Homeowners Association, Condo, Church organization or any virtual community
Our Visitors:
The only information we collect is what you voluntarily offer during registration.
We do not share this information with anyone. Period.
Your community leaders need this contact information to verify that you qualify to access restricted area and also for alternate ways to contact you for the purposes of providing you community information.
If a community web site does display any advertising links, we do not capture information. We have no control over customer privacy once they leave our site. Advertising is under the complete control of the community and is normally done to offset web site hosting costs. We do not collect funds as a hosting supplier.
Cookies:
When you login to the site to access a restricted area, a internal security session cookie is written to your machine. It only contains information identifying you as a valid registered user of the web site and is NOT used for any other purpose. It allows you the access the web site without needing to login on every restricted area.
Your Privacy:
If you do not want to receive e-mail from the community web site in the future, you do have the option to go into "Your Account", "Change your info" and set "Receive Newsletter by Email?" to No
If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, you may contact us by email or phone, as well as the state or local chapters of the Better Business Bureau.
